We Are a Marketing Service, Not a Contractor

Elevate does not perform construction, remodeling, or other home improvement work. This website is provided to generate and schedule appointments between homeowners and independent, third-party home improvement contractors in our partner network. Content on this site, including project photos, before/after examples, and descriptions of services, illustrates work performed by contractors in our network and is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute a binding offer or contract for services from Elevate.

The Contractor Relationship

Any actual home improvement project — including scope, pricing, timeline, workmanship, warranties, and licensing/insurance — is agreed directly between you and the independent contractor you are connected with. Elevate and Rogue Marketing are not a party to that agreement, do not supervise or control the contractor's work, and make no warranty or guarantee regarding the contractor's performance, licensing, insurance, or work quality. Contractors in our network operate as independent businesses, not as employees, agents, or franchisees of Elevate or Rogue Marketing. You are responsible for independently verifying any contractor's license and insurance status before entering into an agreement with them.

Use of This Site

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and not to submit false or misleading information through any form or questionnaire. We may refuse service or contact based on incomplete or inaccurate submissions.

Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, and other content on this site are the property of Elevate Home & Outdoor USA or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Before/after photos and testimonials shown on this site reflect actual past projects performed by contractors in our partner network, and customer feedback where indicated, but individual results may vary based on project-specific conditions. These photos are shown to illustrate the type of work our network performs and do not represent work performed by Elevate or Rogue Marketing directly.

This site may link to third-party platforms, such as our Facebook Page. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevate and Rogue Marketing are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, your interactions with any contractor or third party we connect you with, or the quality, safety, timeliness, or outcome of any home improvement work performed by such contractor. Elevate and Rogue Marketing's role is limited to marketing and appointment scheduling; we do not perform, supervise, warrant, or guarantee any construction or home improvement work.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Elevate operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
